Job summary

Allied Universal in Scarborough, ON is seeking a Security Professional for a residential site on a full-time basis. The role involves patrolling, maintaining logs, and coordinating with residents and property management to ensure safety and service excellence.

The ideal candidate holds an Ontario Security License, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable with computer tools. A valid driver’s licence is an asset, and training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge security on a residential site.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Driver's license is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated area to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain detailed patrol records and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, contractors, and staff.
• Adhere to training and security protocols, including emergency responses.
• Address and resolve resident complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.
