Qualifications

• Minimum 6 month to 1 year of security concierge experience.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Strong report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security-related technology systems.
• Ability to remain calm in emergencies and deliver excellent customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Join us at our Allied Universal Residential Concierge Hiring Event at 29 Gervais Drive and explore exciting opportunities to join our security team.We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Guards who are interested in working in a high-profile residential environment and making a difference every day.

Hiring Event Details:

Date:Thursday, October 1st, 2026

Time:10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Allied Universal - Toronto Office

Address: 29 Gervais Drive, Suite 200 North York (near Don Mills & Eglinton)

Pay Rate:$17.60 - $22.00 per hour

Employment Type:Full-Time & Part-Time - Casual

Schedule: Various, Rotational Schedules, Overnights, 12 hour shifts

Position Overview:

As a Residential Concierge, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.The successful candidate will provide professional security services, monitor the property, respond to incidents, assist with access control and patrols, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned areas.
• Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor access points and assist with access control procedures.
• Prepare and complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports.
• Provide professional customer service and assistance to visitors, tenants, and employees.
• Observe and report suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Follow all site-specific procedures, post orders, and Allied Universal policies.
• Work closely with site management and emergency services when required.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
