**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Engage in problem-solving and conflict resolution, and communicate resourcefully both verbally and in writing.
- Review financial statements, prepare budgets, and approve invoices.
- Follow a maintenance schedule for your portfolio and manage projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and your team.
- Work effectively both in a team environment and independently as needed.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancy Branch.
**Duties:**
- Obtain quotes, schedule maintenance, and ensure the timely completion of work.
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly (within 72 hours or sooner).
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Inspect properties, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and manage property showings.
- Maintain all records and schedules for the properties in your portfolio.
- Complete contracts and rent increase letters.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong customer service skills and experience in rental property management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Experience in data entry and filing.
- Effective phone and email etiquette.
