What You Will Do

• Supervise and coordinate resident managers, landscapers, painters, and maintenance staff.
• Inspect suites and buildings for maintenance issues, cleanliness, and readiness for rental.
• Review payroll, expense reports, and paperwork, ensuring timely submission.
• Provide supplies and issue purchase orders for approved work.
• Handle tenancy disputes, tenant inquiries, and move-out charges.
• Advertise and ensure accuracy of vacant suite listings.
• Monitor rental market values and recommend appropriate increases.
• Oversee tenant improvements, repairs, and major maintenance projects.
• Train and orient new resident managers; ensure proper handovers upon termination.
• Conduct unit inspections, and ensure security deposits and rent are collected and processed.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in leasing residential units, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating leases, and managing tenant relationships is vital
• A deep understanding of property finance is essential
