Job summary

Integra Support Services in Duncan, BC is seeking a Residential Manager to lead daily operations of community-based and residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care while managing budgets and staffing.

You will supervise support workers, promote safety and compliance, build partnerships with families and external agencies, and report to the Director of Operations in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community living or residential care.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Valid TB test.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of residential homes with high-quality, person-centered care.
• Champion individualized support by aligning services with each person’s goals and needs.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Promote community inclusion, life skills development, and overall well-being.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of support workers.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to the team.
• Develop and manage staff schedules for consistent coverage.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Manage program budgets and ensure compliant documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and licensing standards (CLBC).
• Promote health & safety, respond to incidents and emergencies, and participate in audits.
