Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ottawa, Ontario, to handle work orders and routine maintenance across a portfolio of Centurion apartment buildings. The role reports to the Senior Property Manager and requires proactive, resident-focused service.

The candidate should be able to perform minor repairs, maintain records, and ensure units are ready for move-in while upholding Centurion's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service delivery; able to communicate clearly with Residents and co-workers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve issues using facts and reasoning.
• Aptitude for and ability to perform minor maintenance repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders and routine maintenance for Centurion apartment buildings.
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation for resident chargebacks and budgets.
• Ensure properties are clean, safe, and rent-ready for turnover.
