Job Description:

Are you a dynamic, goal-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and leasing? We’re looking for an experienced Residential Leasing Manager to drive success in marketing, leasing strategies, and property management!

In this role, you’ll stay ahead of market trends, execute innovative marketing campaigns, collaborate with a dedicated team, and provide key insights to elevate our residential properties. If you have strong sales and leasing experience, a deep understanding of the local market, and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

What Will You Do?

• Assist in preparing market analysis and monitor rental rates and consumer trends.
• Support marketing and leasing strategies by:
• Coordinating digital and print advertisements
• Updating signage and promotional materials
• Managing website or splash page updates
• Generating e-blast ideas
• Compile activity reports, lease summaries, market reports, and expiring lease analyses in coordination with the VP of Residential Property Management.
• Collect data to develop recommendations for promoting rental properties.
• Set and achieve sales performance goals.
• Assist with resident events sponsored by the company.
• Review and suggest improvements for websites and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to enhance rental platforms and traffic.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President or Director of Residential Property Management.

What You Will Bring:

• At least 3 years of sales experience; leasing experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Thorough understanding of lease documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative, professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and construction knowledge are assets.

Salary Range:

$50,000-$52,500 plus commission bonuses
