Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our network of service professionals across Ontario. You will diagnose, maintain, repair, and install residential HVAC systems at properties, working independently with a mobile work app and documented safety practices.

You will travel between appointments in your own vehicle, manage schedules, and provide quality workmanship within verified scope and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid HVAC field experience.
• Must diagnose and complete assigned HVAC work independently.
• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
• Active licences/certificates for HVAC work.
• Own vehicle, tools, and smartphone with GPS.
• Strong safety understanding and documentation practice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC problems and advise on repairs or replacements.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and installations per scope.
• Service furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers, and related gear.
• Inspect airflow, thermostats, electrical components, and systems.
• Record equipment data, findings, and completed work.
• Capture photos of equipment and work performed.
• Use mobile app for work orders and status updates.
• Travel between appointments using own vehicle.
