Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking energetic Install Technicians to perform onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes across Canada. You will work in a dynamic, safety‑minded team focused on high customer satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities include installing and inspecting HVAC systems, educating customers, maintaining tools and vehicle, and promoting our products on every job. A strong service mindset and collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with furnaces, central and ductless ACs, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters.
• Clear criminal record; valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Ensure equipment meets safety codes and standards.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle and promote products on every call.
• Provide a five-star customer experience and seek online reviews.
