Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking energetic Installers and Service Technicians to perform onsite installations, service, and repairs in residential homes across Ottawa and surrounding areas. You will contribute by following safety standards, educating customers on HVAC options, maintaining clean work sites and vehicles, and delivering a five-star customer experience on every call.

Qualifications

3+ years of recent HVAC field experience.
Valid Gas Fitter Two License.
Residential AC license (Journeyman/RedSeal).
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Strong technical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite HVAC installations and service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ensure equipment meets codes and safety standards.
Follow Energy Star processes and educate customers on care.
Inspect HVAC equipment and maintain vehicle stock.
Promote products and services on every call.
Request online reviews after visits.
Support health and safety standards.
