Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring a skilled HVAC Technician to service and install heating and cooling systems across Canada. With a minimum of 3 years experience, you will handle furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and water heaters, while maintaining safety standards.

You will work from client sites, ensure Energy Star processes, educate customers, and strive for five-star experiences. A valid Gas Fitter Two license, a clean driver's record, and clear criminal background are

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC experience with furnaces, central and ductless ACs, gas boilers, and hot water heaters.
• Demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills in current and previous roles.
• Ability to generate leads and enroll CPP.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets Technical Standards & Safety Authority codes and municipal codes.
• Follow Energy Star installation processes.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote HVAC options.
• Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
• Promote products and services on every call.
• Provide a five-star customer experience on every call.
• Request online reviews from customers when appropriate.
• Contribute to health and safety standards.
