Job summary

StreetSide Developments - Vancouver is hiring a Sales Representative in Surrey to provide expert sales guidance and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the homebuying journey.

You will work in a showhome or sales centre with regular travel to construction sites, supervise Sales Assistants, and pursue targets by building relationships and staying informed about market trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in New Home Sales.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Acting as primary point of contact for customers and consulting with prospective customers.
• Maintaining relationships with customers throughout the home buying process.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting sales to existing and new customers.
• Liaising with project management to ensure customer requirements are met.
