Job summary

Glenveagh Properties PLC is seeking a Finishing Foreperson for our residential project in Mooretown, North County Dublin. You will coordinate daily site resourcing, manage labour and materials, and liaise with design teams, site management, and purchasers to ensure high-quality finishes.

The role requires strong carpentry knowledge, a background in residential construction, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Construction Management or equivalent trade qualification.
• Significant experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry.
• Background in residential construction.
• Knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
• Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily resourcing and control of site labour and material orders; maintain the online daily site diary.
• Liaise with design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders; act as key contact for purchasers.
• Coordinate snagging crews to ensure timely, high-quality completions.
• Administer compliance procedures and record progress of site operations and subcontractors.
• Plan tasks effectively and organise plant and site facilities to meet deadlines.
