Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Residential Concierge on a swing shift in Mississauga, Ontario. The role is full-time with a pay rate of $18.70 per hour and requires 1–2 years of concierge security or related experience.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Ontario Security License, strong communication and customer service skills, and be able to work swing rotations. First Aid/CPR certification and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of concierge security, front desk or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and wireless tech.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors and staff.
• Adhere to training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints and support management with tasks.
