Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Residential Concierge - Swing Shift in Mississauga, Ontario. The role involves overseeing a residential site, conducting patrols, and maintaining professional security standards on a swing rotation.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in concierge/security, strong communication, and customer service skills. A valid Ontario Security License, First Aid/CPR, and ability to work 40 hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years experience in concierge security, front desk, hospitality.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Available for Swing Rotational shifts.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be 25+ years of age for driving insurance.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR training.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety and security.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents and equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist property management with additional tasks as required.

Payrate: $18.70 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat |12:00PM - 11:59AM | Swing Shift

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Concierge - Swing Shift to oversee one of our residential sites in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work Swing Rotational, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements
