Allied Universal is seeking a professional Security Professional - Full time - Residential - Concierge at Bayview Village in North York. The role blends concierge service with security duties to welcome residents and maintain a safe property.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of concierge or residential security experience, a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, First Aid & CPR, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of concierge experience, preferably in a residential environment.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional concierge and security services to residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
• Manage property access and respond to security concerns and service calls.
• Enforce site policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management or emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate incident reports, logs, and daily documentation.
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and security concerns.
