Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Concierge for days and nights at Oakville, ON. The role requires Residential Concierge experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work various shifts across sites.

Qualifications

• Residential Concierge security experience required.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Flexible and willing to work various shifts and sites.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ontario Security License is required.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, contractors, and staff.
• Uphold training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as needed.
