Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Concierge - Patrol Guard to support the safety and security of a residential property in Etobicoke, ON.

The ideal candidate will have residential security experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a security team. This full-time role offers evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, a competitive pay rate, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge security, preferably in a residential setting.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms and security systems.
• Manage access and provide professional assistance to visitors and stakeholders.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies and service calls.
• Maintain accurate logs and security documentation.
