What You'll Do

As a key member of our residential building management team, you will:

• Build positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their cleaning-related concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
• Keep the building sparkling clean and presentable at all times, creating a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
• Support building maintenance by ensuring spaces are cleaned promptly after repair work.
• Take charge of seasonal cleaning tasks, such as light gardening, snow removal, salting pathways, and cleaning exteriors around entrances.
• Handle move-in and move-out cleaning to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing tenants.
• Respond to after-hours cleaning or building emergencies, ensuring tenant satisfaction and safety.
