Learn From Experienced Leaders - You'll work side-by-side with an experienced Lead Carpenter who enjoys coaching and developing others, not simply delegating tasks. Build a Long-Term Career - Several of our future Lead Carpenters will come from within. If you have the attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow, we'll invest in helping you get there, including supporting apprenticeship training along the way.
