Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model healthy life skills and support clients in residence.
• Ensure safety and security of the building after hours.
• Manage crisis and conflicts among clients with team support.
• Supervise client chores and work therapy.
• Maintain professional communication with colleagues and the public.
• Distribute medications safely and accurately.
• Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping as needed.
• Participate in team decisions and documentation of care.
• Process client belongings on discharge and ensure guidelines are followed.
