Lifeways is looking for a Care Team Leader to work alongside our Service Manager in the leadership and day-to-day management of our established residential service in Peterborough - PE3. • Working hours: 7:30am - 9:30pm, Monday - Sunday

Note: For this role, you must be able and willing to drive our company cars, so a full UK Driving Licence is required.

Applicants with experience as Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) are preferred. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are encouraged to apply. Lifeways provides excellent training and ongoing development opportunities.

As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring that excellent person-centred care is delivered to enable individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.

You will be involved in recruitment, staff supervision, conducting interviews, and providing guidance and expertise. Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals. Good written communication and IT skills are also required for record keeping.
