Lookout Housing and Health Society in Vancouver is seeking a Building Attendant to support maintenance, security, and administrative tasks within the residence. The role reports to the Site Manager and upholds Lookout’s mission and Code of Ethics.
This position requires successful respirator fit testing due to COR certification and compliance with WorkSafeBC health and safety requirements. Shifts are 16:00–00:00, 7.5 hours, Sunday through Thursday, with two weeks' notice for schedule changes.

$28.56 - 30.45 depending upon applicants' length of seniority (as per the Collective Agreement)
The Building Attendant (BA) reports to the Site Manager and works in accordance with the mission and philosophy of Lookout Housing and Health Society, including following Lookout's Code of Ethics. Building Attendants perform a variety of administrative, maintenance, and security functions within the residence managed by Lookout.
This position requires successful completion of respirator fit testing, as Lookout is COR (Certificate of Recognition) certified and must comply with WorkSafeBC health and safety requirements. To ensure a proper respirator seal during fit testing and use, employees are required to be clean-shaven where the respirator seals against the face.
