• Has at least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Can troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Enjoys working in customers’ homes.
• Takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Has their own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Is comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, photos, and reporting.
• Understands when a repair is outside their approved scope.
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team.
