You will oversee tenant services, building maintenance, and administrative duties, including showing vacant suites and coordinating cleaners on-site. The role requires at least 2 years of live-in management experience on 100+ units, excellent communication, and solid maintenance skills.

They are looking for a “Live-In” Superintendent, Building Manager or Resident Manager to join their organization in a highly sought after neighborhood in Brampton. In this role, you will be responsible for property maintenance including building mechanical systems, administrative duties, showing of vacant suites, and supporting the cleaning team.

$28,000 – 35,000* annually, plus 2-bedroom apartment, benefits, and other great perks!

As the successful candidates, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Superintendent/Maintenance Technician/Resident Manager/Building Manager.
Post-secondary education in any field an asset.
