Job summary

A senior living community in Medicine Hat is seeking a Recreation Aide to implement and evaluate recreation programs that address the physical, social, and emotional needs of Residents. The ideal candidate will have a certification in Recreation Aide and relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities and ensuring safety during off-site programs. Qualifications

• Certification in Recreation Aide and/or related area with a minimum of one year recent related experience preferred.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• Class 4 Driver's License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate recreation programs for Residents.
• Maintain communication with interdisciplinary team members.
• Accompany Residents during off-site programs to ensure safety.
