Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is hiring a Sales Coordinator for Aspira Hygate Waterloo Retirement Living. You will support the sales team, coordinate tours, outreach initiatives and host events to drive occupancy in the community.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales support, solid communication skills, and CRM experience. On-site position with a focus on community engagement and resident referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales support, sales administration, or sales coordination experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience maintaining CRM systems and sales databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with property tours for prospective residents and family members.
• Prepare marketing collateral, brochures, gift bags, flyers and mailers for outreach.
• Coordinate outreach strategies to referral sources such as hospitals and senior centers.
• Represent the community at local events, health fairs and networking opportunities.
• Track outreach activities and report results to the sales team.
• Plan and host community outreach events to attract referral partners.
• Coordinate inReach events held at the community for prospective residents and influencers.
