Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 education required.
• Two years receptionist/clerical experience in hospitality is an asset.
• Basic bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficient in typing and general office administration.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct telephone calls courteously.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Process mail and deliveries, ensure paperwork flow.
• Support management with data entry, filing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Marketing for move-ins and tours as needed.
• Maintain neat reception area and enforce safety and privacy standards.
