Job summary

Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a Health Care Aide at Prairie Lake Seniors Community. This casual, on-site role supports Residents with activities of daily living under the direction of the Nurse, aiming to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program and active Alberta registration.
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide care per individualized care plans and encourage activity.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with Residents and families.
• Maintain Residents' rights and confidentiality.
• Assist with activities of daily living including meals and mobility.
• Document chart information and monitor status for nurse.
• Maintain safe, clean, homelike environment.
