Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Canada is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) to lead clinical excellence in Windsor. You will oversee health and wellness services, supervise the nursing team, develop ISPs and monitor outcomes.

You will manage medication practices, collaborate with physicians and pharmacy partners, drive QAPI initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead infection control efforts as applicable.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage resident health, wellness and care coordination
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monitor outcomes
• Oversee medication management and ensure safe clinical practices
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy and care partners
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness
