Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Canada is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) to lead clinical excellence in Windsor. You will oversee health and wellness services, supervise the nursing team, develop ISPs and monitor outcomes.

You will manage medication practices, collaborate with physicians and pharmacy partners, drive QAPI initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead infection control efforts as applicable.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN licensure and eligibility to practice in Ontario
• Clinical leadership and team supervision
• Risk management and infection control knowledge
• Regulatory compliance understanding

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resident health, wellness and care coordination.
• Conduct assessments, develop ISPs and monitor outcomes.
• Oversee medication practices and ensure safe clinical standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy and care partners.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and nursing regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate clinical staff; manage scheduling and budget.
