Job summary

Seasons Retirement Communities LP is seeking a Care Attendant in High River, AB. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily activities, and support residents’ safety and wellbeing.

The role includes medication administration (training provided) and collaboration with the Health and Wellness team to meet residents’ medical and emotional needs. The position is PT permanent and requires Alberta CLHA registration, current First Aid/CPR, and a compassionate, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with CLHA (AB).
• First Aid and CPR certification current.
• Ability to learn/use medical equipment as needed.
• Empathy and strong communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care with dignity and compassion.
• Safe medication administration (training provided).
• Follow infection control measures to ensure safety.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry for residents.
• Respond to medical/physical/emotional needs with team support.
