Qualifications

• Must possess certification as a Personal Support Worker.
• Demonstrated experience in a long-term care setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per resident care plan and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered and records.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, nutrition, transfers and mobility as per plan.
• Support safe environment and follow infection control practices as directed.
