Join our team as a Resident Attendant today!

As a Resident Attendant, you will assist and attend to the care needs of residents, including personal care, general housekeeping, and meal service. You will observe and report changes in residents' physical, social, and emotional conditions while maintaining records and documentation. You will work cooperatively with other departments to support lodge operations and enhance residents' well-being.

The following traits and qualifications are required:

  • Experience with seniors, hospitality, or recreation is an asset
  • An active interest in ongoing education
  • Computer literate preferred
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification
  • Preference given to applicants with UCP training – don’t have the training? Don’t worry – we provide training opportunities for you!
