Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate activation programs for individuals and groups.
• Set up and supervise activity areas, transport residents to programs and monitor behavior.
• Maintain resident records and report participation to registered staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet resident needs.
