Job summary

Four Seasons Whistler is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead and oversee the hotel reservations department and related core functions. This role requires strong leadership, guest service excellence, and collaboration across departments to optimize room revenue.

The successful candidate will manage reservation channels, partner with Central Reservations, and coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing to deliver premium guest experiences while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of reservations experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Must be computer literate, Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Work Authorization in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the resort’s reservation booking channels, guest recognition programs, reservation chat function, and communication of guest information to operational departments.
• Partners closely with the Four Seasons Central Reservations team to support inquiries, requests, and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Collaborates with the Director of Revenue Management to implement pricing, yield, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Works closely with the Sales & Marketing team to manage room blocks, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.
• Drives room revenue and enhances the guest experience through effective reservation management and cross-department collaboration.
• Leads a fast-paced operation requiring strong people leadership, exceptional guest service, financial and analytical acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.
