Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join the Ajax, Ontario team. You will handle customer calls, support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations, and balance regional inventory to meet demand in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and proficiency with office equipment, Word and email, along with strong customer service, time management, and multitasking skills. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Compensation Range: $17.60 to $19.00 Hourly

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
