Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Ottawa, ON to join a fast-paced team. You will support customers, field teams and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution, ensuring inventory is balanced to meet demand. Shifts run opening or closing, 7 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–7 PM.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, reliable time management, and multitasking in a dynamic environment. Bilingual English/French preferred; prior office tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Compensation Range: $17.60 to $19.00 Hourly

Bilingual (English & French) preferred.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:
