U-Haul in Edmonton is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, balancing regional inventory to meet demand. The role operates under the Traffic Control Manager's guidance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You'll review reports, assist with U-Box, and ensure accurate reservations and contracts, while delivering strong service, time management, and multitasking under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
