Experiencing consistent growth of 20% annually, they are currently looking to expand their Cell Biology team with the addition of a Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to research and development projects within the Cell Biology department
• Oversee and support product development activities related to cell biology technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and meet project goals
• Analyze experimental data and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experimental procedures and results

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Cell Biology or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience
• Strong publication record, with at least one peer-reviewed publication for each year of academic or professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: stem cell biology, 3D cell culture, primary cell models, or development of cell-based assays
• Excellent technical proficiency in a broad range of cell biology techniques
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage priorities effectively
• Previous industry experience is required for candidates seeking higher-level compensation
• Experience in operational leadership or team management is an asset
