To provide research and administrative support in the field of medical genetics and pediatrics to one principal investigator involved in international collaborative interdisciplinary research.
The incumbent reports directly to Dr. Judith G. Hall and works with other faculty, co-investigators, trainees, graduate students, and staff related to ethics, projects, grants, and professional organizations.
Consequence of Error/Judgement Errors or miscommunications could jeopardize relationships and collaborations with investigators, trainees, and subjects. Errors in reporting procedures, could result in a waste of financial resources, non-renewal of research funding, or loss of currently held funding. Inadequate documentation, organization, communication, and planning may adversely affect the image and reputation of the investigator.
This position will report to the Principal Investigator. Once oriented by the PI, job duties are carried out independently.
