UHN is seeking an experienced Research Analyst II for the Thoracic Research Department.

The Latner Thoracic Surgery Laboratories, a multi-PI group, focuses on lung transplantation, mesothelioma, and esophageal cancer research. The successful candidate will analyze large-scale sequencing data, collaborate with researchers and clinicians, and develop computational pipelines, particularly for esophageal adenocarcinoma and lung transplant biomarker programs. Responsibilities include maintaining reproducible workflows, supervising junior staff, and managing projects independently.
