Job summary

Desjardins in Quebec is seeking candidates to join a team of 300 financing experts who help members and clients realize their home ownership dreams. The role offers a 100% commission-based pay structure and mobility within the organization, with travel expected to meet members and clients’ needs.

We require a college diploma, at least four years of relevant experience, and fluency in French. Intermediate English and Spanish are expected for duties and interactions.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish due to duties or tools and interactions.
• Available for frequent travel and must have a valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle.
• Available 7 days a week including evenings, with a flexible schedule.

What You Bring To The Table

• College diploma in a related field
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of French is required
• Intermediate knowledge in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
