Voilà is a new team dedicated to launching and scaling Sobeys new e-commerce grocery home delivery business. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up within a larger organization. You will help launch and operate a new brand in the Alberta, Ontario and Quebec markets powered by Ocado Group’s world-leading e-commerce grocery platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a compelling customer service experience representing the Voila brand, being respectful to our customers and solving their problems.
  • De-escalate any continuous situations through understanding, empathy, and empowerment.
  • Accurately update all incoming and outgoing contacts in Salesforce.
  • Follow the Care Model of Compassion, Amaze, Reliability, and Engage.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams, promoting a ‘One Team Approach’ mentality.
  • Build loyalty with all customers.
  • Train fellow teammates and assist in ongoing or new hire training.
  • Support Leadership team as required.
  • Keep Leadership team informed of emerging trends and potential escalations.
  • Follow the guidelines outlined in training.
  • Be adaptable and open to coaching.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Be technically savvy and able to troubleshoot customer issues.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Must have a quiet workspace without distractions and be camera-ready for meetings and training.
  • Must have high-speed internet.
  • Ability to multi-task and use various programs to support the team, including Salesforce, Kronos, Mailgun, Microsoft programs, and social media apps.
  • Ability to handle a minimum of 6-7 cases per hour.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
