Job summary

Sleeman Breweries recherche un Représentant des ventes pour couvrir le territoire de Trois-Rivières et pousser la présence du portefeuille dans les points de vente et les bars. Le candidat gérera les relations clients, proposera des promotions et optimisera les programmes en place.

Le poste exige au moins 3 ans d'expérience en vente de biens de consommation, une formation postsecondaire liée et une excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft et CRM. Travail sur le terrain 5 jours/semaine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en vente dans un environnement de biens de consommation emballés.
• Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine lié.
• Capacité prouvée à exécuter des plans de vente et atteindre les objectifs.
• Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles avec partenaires internes et externes.
• Compétences écrites et orales en communication et présentations.
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint et Teams.
• Expérience dans l'industrie des boissons alcoolisées est un atout.
• Permis de conduire valide avec un casier clair.
• Capacité à démontrer des comportements alignés sur les valeurs organisationnelles.
• Certification de service de boissons responsable selon la province

Responsibilities

• Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de vente territoriales pour atteindre les objectifs de volume et de marge brute.
• Analyser les données de vente et les tendances du marché pour identifier des opportunités et exécuter des plans de compte.
• Établir de solides relations avec les clients au détail et sur place, en fournissant des recommandations de produits et promotions.
• Réaliser des revues d'activité régulières pour évaluer les performances et ajuster les programmes ou objectifs.
• Coordonner et exécuter des programmes de comptes clés et de marketing, en donnant un retour sur l'efficacité.
• Maintenir les standards de marchandisage et influencer l'espace et la visibilité des produits.
• Gérer les dépenses dans le cadre du budget et mettre en œuvre une amélioration continue (MUDA).
• Maintenir des données clients et ventes précises dans le CRM et collaborer avec les partenaires internes.
• Participer à des événements sectoriels et suivre les tendances concurrentielles et consommateurs.

Purpose and Impact

Within the assigned sales territory, the Sales Representative represents Sleeman Breweries and grows portfolio presence in the trade. This role drives volume and gross margin performance by building strong customer relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and delivering best‑in‑class merchandising and program execution.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve volume and gross margin targets.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and execute account plans.

Customer & Account Management

• Build strong relationships with retail and on‑premise customers, providing product, promotion, and sales recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and adjust programs or targets.

Execution & Merchandising

• Coordinate and execute key account and marketing programs, providing feedback on effectiveness.
• Maintain merchandising standards and influence space allocation and product visibility.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

• Manage expenses within budget and implement continuous improvement (MUDA reduction).
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems and collaborate with internal partners.
• Participate in industry events and stay current on competitor activity and consumer trends.

Skills and Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a consumer‑packaged goods environment.
• Post‑secondary education in a related field.
• Proven ability to execute sales plans, achieve targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners.
• Effective written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to demonstrate behaviours aligned with organisational values.
• Responsible beverage service certification (as required by province)

Work Environment (Hybrid/Onsite)
Minimum of five days per week spent in the field within the assigned territory.
