Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Reporting Analyst to collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, and to develop Power BI dashboards that track key performance indicators. You will provide access to data to inform business decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities include identifying trends, ensuring data quality, and automating report delivery where possible, while staying current with industry best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data to help inform business decisions. You will work with various departments to understand their data needs, perform data analysis, and provide access to data using tools like Power BI.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
• If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Salary and Benefits

Referenced Salary Location Waterloo, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $59,100.00 CAD - $98,500.00 CAD.

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
