Manulife is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Analyst in Canada to drive investment data strategy, data governance, and technology solutions across Asset Management and Investment Operations. You will partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and tech teams to define requirements, create roadmaps, and enable data-driven decisions.
The role requires deep investment domain expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience delivering enterprise data initiatives in an Agile environment.
The Senior Product Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in delivering strategic investment data, reporting, and technology solutions that support Manulife's Asset Management and Investment Operations functions. This role partners closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define product requirements, improve investment data capabilities, and drive the successful delivery of transformational initiatives. The successful candidate will combine deep investment domain expertise with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to enable data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and scalable technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide investment data strategy while working on complex modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Partner with Product Owners, Squad Leads, business stakeholders, investment teams, and technology partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery roadmaps. Support end-to-end product delivery from requirements and design through testing, implementation, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards, and data governance requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning. Facilitate workshops and discussions between business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making. Analyze investment data flows, integrations, reporting requirements, and operational processes across multiple platforms and applications. Develop and maintain business process documentation, operating procedures, data mappings, reporting specifications, and training materials. Support investment data governance, data quality controls, lineage, metadata management, and issue remediation activities. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, operational efficiency, and risk reduction. Assess business impacts, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations for new product features and enhancements. Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Support strategic transformation initiatives involving cloud modernization, data platforms, reporting solutions, and investment technology capabilities.

Location: Toronto, Ontario. Working Arrangement: Hybrid. Salary range is expected to be between $113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
