Position Purpose : Repair and Tool Technicians are responsible for evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained. Technicians work in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers, providing customer service, managing tool inventory, and ensuring proper repair and maintenance of tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and repair small engines and power equipment.
• Assist customers with tool rental, including writing contracts and demonstrating tool use.
