Ryder recherche un Représentant des Ventes en Location pour agir en tant qu'agent de ventes de première ligne pour la location de véhicules auprès des comptes de location actuels et potentiels, en collaboration avec les ventes, le marketing et les opérations.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires requis.
• Baccalauréat en commerce, vente ou marketing (atout).
• Deux ans ou plus d'expérience en marketing ou ventes requis.

Responsibilities

• Faciliter la location de véhicules pour les comptes en location et location commerciale et pour les clients particuliers.
• Travailler de manière transversale avec les ventes, le marketing, les opérations et la gestion des actifs.
• Gérer le processus de vente et le marketing pour les appels entrants et les sollicitations sortantes.
• Exécuter le plan marketing de l'unité d'affaires.
• Maintenir des données précises dans la base de données marketing.
• Générer des leads location, leasing et véhicules d'occasion.
• Entretenir et développer les relations avec la clientèle existante.
• Optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle en coordonnant les niveaux d'inventaire.
• Conduire la croissance rentable par le maintien des relations clients.
• Assurer la satisfaction de tous les clients internes et externes.
• Résoudre les préoccupations clients pour maintenir la relation.
• Rester calme face aux situations stressantes.
• Présenter clairement l'offre Ryder.

Le Représentant des Ventes en Location agira en tant qu'agent de ventes de première ligne pour la location de véhicules à crédit-bail actuel de l’entreprise, pour les comptes commerciaux de location ainsi que pour les clients potentiels de location commerciale et pour les besoins des consommateurs. Le représentant des ventes en location doit donc travailler de pair avec les ventes, la commercialisation, les opérations et la gestion des actifs en utilisant d'excellentes compétences de communication avec la clientèle.

Summary

The Rental Sales Associate will be responsible for acting as the front line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This requires the Rental Sales Representative to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Facilitates the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs


• Must work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills


• Sales and Marketing; Handles sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation


• Is responsible for executing the business unit's marketing plan


• Maintains current accurate data within the company's marketing database


• Is responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads


• Maintains and expand relationships with existing customer base


• Maximizes operational effectiveness by coordinating overall inventory levels to meet customer demand Customer


• Drives profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships


• Is responsible for overall satisfaction for all internal and external customers


• Reconciles all customer concerns, issues, disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationship Communication


• Maintains composure when addressing stressful situations


• Clearly articulates Ryder's product and service offerings

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time


• PC literacy


• Valid driver's license


• Comfort with driving large vehicles, including 28' straight trucks and tractors with standard transmission and hydraulic or airbrakes, within congested areas


• The willingness to work shifts and weekends when required


• Bilingual an asset

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Rate Type: Salaried

Minimum Pay Range: $52000

Maximum Pay Range: $55000
