Mission:

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Rental Manager who can inspire and manage a team of four rental coordinators and approximately ten drivers, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing rental processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of rental associates and drivers.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on equipment selection.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of equipment to meet customer demand.
• Scheduling: Coordinate rental schedules and logistics to optimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Financial Management: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on rental activities and operational efficiency.
• Engage with clients and business partners.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
